1. Return Policy
If you change your mind after making a purchase or are not completely satisfied with the purchased item, you can choose to return it to us within 30 days after receiving the goods.To return your order and receive a full refund, please first contact our customer service department by email (📧 info@hoyofol.com). We will get in touch with you proactively and arrange the return service. Please note that the returned items should be unworn, repackaged in the original packaging, and in their original condition. After contacting our customer service team, we will explain to you how to return your order to our warehouse to obtain a full refund. Be sure to return the items within 30 days after arranging the return. In all cases, you must attach the payment confirmation receipt of the original order. Without this identification information, we may not be able to correctly identify your return and process your refund.

2. Refund Instructions
After the refund is processed and approved, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. Please note that the return postage for returns and any discount offers enjoyed during the purchase are non-refundable.

3.2 Approval and Return Address: Our customer service team will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide you with the correct return address.
(Please note: If there is no reply, the return will be cancelled 14 days after the acceptance date.)
3.3 Prepare for Return: Safely package the product in the original packaging, including all accompanying accessories and items.
3.4 Send the Return: Send the package to the provided return address and share the tracking number with our customer service team.
3.5 Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5 days using the original payment method.

4. Description of Non-returnable Items
Products that meet the following conditions cannot be returned:

* Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.


Other Notes: To protect the safety of customers and warehouse staff, we cannot accept returns of opened, partially used, or rotten/moldy items.
